You may exchange or return merchandise within 15 days after receiving an item
for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of purchase.
If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will
be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless
we made an error.
Returning an item:
- You may return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges,
based on the original form of purchase.
- Please send us an email (info@mayandmayco.com)
indicating the reason why you would like to return an item.
- We will send
you a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address.
- Please
pack merchandise securely and send it via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation
number.
- Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
Exchanging an item:
You will not be charged for the shipment of your replacement item.

like to exchange an item.
- We will send you a Return Authorization Number and
the return shipping address.
- Please pack merchandise securely and send
it via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation number.
- If the requested exchange
item is not available, please indicate your credit preference.
- Supply any
comments necessary for processing your exchange.
- Allow 10 days for processing
your exchange once we receive it.
Cancelling or Changing Order:
You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If
